- Laura Jackson (Office Manager and Paralegal): $250 plus GST
- Professional fees: $1,650.00 including GST
- Plus Court filing fee (payable directly to the Court): $1,125 or $375 if both parties have a concession card
- Marriage certificate at cost (as required)

- No Court appearance required: $2,200 including GST
- Court appearance required: $2,750 including GST - Plus Court filing fee (payable directly to the Court): $1,125 or $375 if you have a concession card
- Bailiff fees at cost

In addition to office hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, we offer phone or video appointments on Saturdays, subject to availability. Book quickly to secure one of these spots.

We offer our initial appointment for a one-off fixed fee of $385 (including GST).
Nikki Dawson has over 20 years of experience and practices exclusively in Family Law.
As a result of her experience, she can complete work in a fraction of the time it takes others. She is able to help you navigate the family law system and create a strategy that works best for your new circumstances. She provides pragmatic advice and works well with other professionals so you’re not incurring costs unnecessarily.
If you choose to engage our services, our initial retainer is $2,500.
